Nepgen has many years of experience in the Discovery ecosystem, having started as an Actuarial Analyst at Discovery Invest Technical Marketing in 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2014, he became the R&D Manager, and a year later, he took on the role of Executive Associate to the Group Chief Executive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nepgen became the Head of the Global Vitality Network in 2018, and ultimately took on his current role as Head of Discovery Green in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Discovery Green is an energy platform created by Discovery to connect local businesses to clean power generated by utility-scale renewable plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nepgen holds an Honours degree in Business Science and Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
