Marble Hospitality is expanding its portfolio with the launch of a five-star hotel at the Olympus in Sandton. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marble Hospitality is one of South Africa\u2019s most popular restaurant providers, owning the popular Marble and Saint restaurants, as well as the luxury grocery store, The Pantry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company are now expanding its portfolio via a 32-room hotel that will occupy two full floors of Tower 2 at the Apollo, which will be below the penthouses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis new hotel represents our vision to redefine luxury accommodation in South Africa,\u201d said Gary Kyriacou, Marble Hospitality founder and partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u201cWe are bringing the same attention to detail, creativity, and experiential approach that we have brought to our food and beverage and entertainment offerings.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kyriacou added that the hotel represents the next evolution of the Marble brand, building on its established reputation for luxury dining in Johannesburg and Cape Town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since opening its first restaurant in Marble in 2016, Marble Hospitality has grown its portfolio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This includes a second Marble location in Cape Town, the luxurious lounge bar Zioux, and the Italian restaurant Saint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has also opened Pantry by Marble in Rosebank and Pretoria, and has expanded into events with the Luxurious Marble Circus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hotel is also the result of a strategic partnership with Tricolt Group, the developers behind Olympus Sandton.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deal will see Marble partner with  Tricolt, which it said will ensure that the hotel embodies the brand\u2019s philosophy of crafted luxury, exceptional hospitality, and experiential design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hotel will complement Marble\u2019s existing presence in the building, including the Marble Restaurant, which will offer 360-degree views from the 18th floor and the Pantry by Marble on the ground floor.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will also offer breakfast and lunch on the ground level of the Athena Tower. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Olympus Sandton is poised to be an iconic mixed-use development by Growthpoint Properties and Tricolt, and is set to redefine living in Sandton Central. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new development will be adjacent to Discovery\u2019s head office, comprising two residential towers with approximately 536 apartments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The apartments start from R1.49 million, with the luxurious three-bedroom penthouses starting at R45 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its launch, the project has generated over R1.2 billion in sales, underscoring strong market demand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construction is scheduled to commence in November 2025, with completion anticipated by the end of 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the hospitality group\u2019s vision, the <\/strong>new Sandton Hotel will serve as the flagship for a future series of luxury hotels.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each hotel will be designed to deliver an unparalleled hospitality experience while maintaining the group\u2019s signature style and philosophy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the current hotel, Irene Kyriacou, Interior Director for Marble Hospitality, will work with award-winning designer Tristan du Plessis as the lead designer on the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
