Frozen For You is a family-owned business with decades of experience in the food industry, built on the success of Word of Mouth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded by Karen Short in 1993, By Word of Mouth Catering has grown into one of the country\u2019s top catering companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been awarded the title of \u2018Best Caterer in Joburg\u2019 for 23 consecutive years, as well as numerous prestigious international accolades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their second journey, Frozen For You, started when clients started requesting take-home versions of its most popular catered meals, leading to the creation of a premium frozen meal brand\/ <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company looks to create convenience without compromise. It works hard to develop wholesome, flavourful, nutrient-dense meals in small batches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of using an industrial mega-factor process, the team prepares meals just as one would at home, at a higher quality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its launch, Frozen For You has perfected its recipes and mastered the art of preparation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe make it, blast freeze it, then send it to you. All you have to do is simply read the instructions, select air fry, oven or microwave, and watch your restaurant-quality meal come to life,\u201d it says. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While being frozen, the company focuses on what goes into the food and avoids making unwanted ingredients, including preservatives, to extend shelf life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It instead uses \u2018nature\u2019s pause button\u2019 – blast freezing. This allows the company to focus on sourcing the best, raw, fresh, high-quality ingredients and cooking them just as one would at home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its product range includes a host of chicken, beef, pork, lamb, fish and vegetarian options. It also offers soup, dessert & sauces and sides. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company opened its first store in  Dainfern Square in March 2018. The company now has 15 flagship stores across Gauteng, the Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A growing part of the business is its exciting new store-in-a-store concept, where it partners with retailers to open a Frozen For You within their stores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The store-in-a-store locations aim to maintain the same high standards as the larger stores, with no shortcuts or subpar experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company also offers ordering and same-day home delivery for convenience. As it handles all the deliveries itself, the company ensures complete control from the kitchen to the door. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For instance, one can order Frozen For You products from the Mr D food delivery app. Takealot Group CEO Frederik Zietsman said that the partnership is great for consumers who are tired of fast food. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discovery Vitality clients can also earn up to 25% back with Frozen For You when they choose healthier ready-made meals through Vitality HealthyDining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
