Datatec, a multinational tech company headquartered in Johannesburg, announced that its subsidiary Logicalis Germany is acquiring 100% of the share capital of NetworkedAssets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NetworkedAssets is a specialist in software development, network automation, and observability solutions with operations in Berlin, Germany and Wroc\u0142aw, Poland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group said that Logicalis Germany and NetworkedAssets have been partners for several years, delivering services to customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the established relationship, the acquisition provides Logicalis Germany with an engineering base and a local presence in Poland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group added that the deal will give Logicalis specialist expertise and operational support services for large-scale carrier, data centre and cloud environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“By combining Logicalis Germany’s network and cloud expertise with NetworkedAssets’ capabilities, the group will be better positioned to support customers in automating and operating increasingly complex IT environments.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The acquisition of NetworkedAssets by Logicalis Germany became effective on Tuesday, 24 March 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We are pleased to welcome NetworkedAssets to the Group,” said Jens Montanana, Datatec’s Chief Executive Officer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The transaction builds on a successful existing relationship, extends Logicalis’ footprint into Poland and adds valuable engineering expertise to our European operations.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Datatec is one of the largest technology companies in South Africa, and has a market cap of R16 billion. <\/p>\n\n\n
