Faerie Glen Shopping Centre in Pretoria is getting a major facelift, with the upgraded centre set to welcome Woolworths. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Moolman Group said that the Pretoria East mall prioritises value-focused shopping and essential services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“This redevelopment aims to build on that legacy, introducing an enhanced offering tailored to the evolving needs of the community,” said Moolman Group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is partnering with Retail Evolution Properties to meet the growing demand by spearheading a major upgrade and expansion of the centre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mall is strategically located at the corner of Atterbury Road and Selikats Causeway, with plans to make the centre a key retail and dining hub. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It hopes to attract local residents, commuting professionals, and visitors from surrounding suburbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 23,000 sqm redevelopment will include a complete revamp of the existing Pick n Pay Hypermarket. It will also welcome the addition of a 2,000 sqm Woolworths, Woolworths Cafe, and Edit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moolman added that the new restaurant hub will create a vibrant outdoor family dining and entertainment experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The retail mix will feature fashion, health and beauty, and essential services, providing a convenient, balanced and compelling offering,” the group said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the retail offering, the shopping centre will provide 2,045 sqm of office space and 1,000 parking spaces. The revamped centre is set to open its doors in July 2027. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
