South Africa&#8217;s benchmark 2035 government bond declined, with its yield rising 7.5 basis points to 8.42%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Wednesday, 15 July 2026, the rand was trading at R16.35 to the dollar, R21.92 to the pound, and R18.70 to the euro.
