Krispy Kreme says it has signed a development agreement with KK Doughnuts SA, to open 31 shops in South Africa over the next five years.<\/p>\n
This marks the US based company\u2019s first venture into Africa.<\/p>\n

Fournews Developments and John & Gerry\u2019s Brands, are the principal owners of KK Doughnuts SA.<\/p>\n
Majority owner, Fournews Developments, currently operates six other brands throughout South Africa such as Caf\u00e9 Fino, Newscafe and Smooch frozen yogurt.<\/p>\n
