But unfortunately the risk from disruptions from Motorola&#8217;s patent litigation is simply too high,&#8221; Microsoft spokesman <a title=\"Thomas Baumgaertner\" href=\"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/forum\/showthread.php\/1717-Thomas-Baumgaertner\">Thomas Baumgaertner<\/a> said on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>He said the move was already in progress.
