{"id":92260,"date":"2015-07-01T14:15:44","date_gmt":"2015-07-01T12:15:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=92260"},"modified":"2015-07-01T14:15:44","modified_gmt":"2015-07-01T12:15:44","slug":"end-to-mtn-strike-in-sight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/mobile\/92260\/end-to-mtn-strike-in-sight\/","title":{"rendered":"End to MTN strike in sight?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There is an agreement on the table between MTN and striking workers, the Communication Workers Union (CWU) said on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is a settlement agreement in principle with MTN,&#8221; general secretary Aubrey Tshabalala told reporters outside the mobile network&#8217;s office in Fairland, Johannesburg.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is an agreement on the table.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He said the CWU was waiting for MTN to sign the agreement.
