BusinessTech looked at some of the most expensive listings on the site, to provide a glimpse of what money can buy.<\/p>\n
The following rentals are all per night, and are entire home\/apartment rentals.<\/p>\n

The house features six bedrooms and caters for a maximum of 12 people.<\/p>\n At a price of R43,765 it is one of the most expensive listings on AirBnb for South Africa – while there is a minimum three night stay required.<\/p>\n It packs an added punch with a R20,000 security deposit.<\/p>\n Kurland Villa<\/a><\/strong> – R45,044<\/strong><\/p>\n This villa located in Kurland, Plettenberg Bay, can accommodate 16 people , and more.<\/p>\n Llandudno Ray<\/a><\/strong> – R45,545<\/strong><\/p>\n This luxury home is in Llandudno, Cape Town, one of the country’s wealthiest areas. It accommodates eight people.<\/p>\n River house<\/a><\/strong> – R48,047 (3 nights minimum)<\/strong><\/p>\n This luxurious option is located in a gated property set high in the trees of the Madikwe Game Reserve in Morukuru.<\/p>\n It accommodates a group of six people\u00a0for\u00a0a minimum of three nights.<\/p>\n Private Safari Lodge<\/a><\/strong> – R55,105<\/strong><\/p>\n This private lodge is a 1h45 drive from Johannesburg airport, and is in the (malaria free) Waterberg mountains. It caters for up to 10 guests at the required price-point.<\/p>\n The hosts specify that guests are required to have fun, and welcome a sense of humour.<\/p>\n “A couple of guests have complained of a sore neck after spending prolonged period staring at the amazing starry skies at night,” they said.<\/p>\n Morukuru Farm House<\/a><\/strong> – R78,076 (3 nights minumum)<\/strong><\/p>\n This farm house is described as “exclusive” and “vintage”, located in the Madikwe Game reserve in North West Province.<\/p>\n It caters to 10 guests, and it carries a three night minimum stay.<\/p>\n Cape Town penthouse<\/a><\/strong> – R80,078 (2 nights minimum)<\/strong><\/p>\n This rental is for a penthouse residence at a 5-star hotel in Cape Town (The Pepper Club Hotel), and\u00a0carries a 2-night minimum stay.<\/p>\n The residence accommodates six people.<\/p>\n Cape Town luxury villa<\/a> – R97,489<\/strong><\/p>\n This villa located in Kalk Bay, Cape Town, accommodates 12 people.
