Using data from Wealth-X and Bloomberg, Bankrate has charted the richest person in each age group – from a 20-something billionaire, to an aged stalwart in her 90s.
According to to the data, Snapchat’s Evan Spiegel, at the tender age of 25, is the richest man in his age group, with a net worth of $2 billion.
Principal shareholder of L’Oreal, Liliane Bettencourt, is not only the oldest billionaire at 93 years, but also the world’s richest woman in the world, with a net worth of over $33 billion.

At the age of 60, the world’s richest man, Bill Gates, stepped away from being the richest person in their 50s to being the richest person in their 60s.
Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, at age 51, is now the richest person in their 50s.
