Tshabalala is the Retail Motor Industry Organisation (RMI) HR Manager and Transformation Director and has worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years.
She has served as the HR Manager at RMI for over seven years and as Transformation Director for nearly a decade.
Prior to this, she worked as an Associational Representative for over a year and as a Database Administrator for over four years.
During her time at RMI, she has led multiple statutory submissions, designed transformation frameworks, and represented it on several national industry committees, including the EE Committee, Transformation Committee, and MerSeta Advisory structures.
Before joining RMI in 2013, she worked for eight years at The Automobile Association of South Africa in Sales and Retention.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Business Management from Regent Business School and an MD-B-BBEE qualification from UNISA.
