He joined the firm as an attorney in 1995, and has since built up experience across multiple legal areas – including intellectual property litigation, trademark and copyright enforcement, media law disputes, and administrative law.
Hotz is also a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court and was recognised as the leading Litigation specialist in South Africa by The International Law Office in their Client Choice Awards for 2010 and 2011.
