Goodbye EOH, hello iOCO
EOH is officially changing its name to iOCO in December 2024.
The group’s board of directors previously said that the proposed name change aligns with its strategic objectives and branding initiatives.
The rebranding also follows the appointed former iOCO boss Marius de le Rey as the new executive chairman and interim CEO.
During its latest annual general meetings, the name change was approved by shareholders.
The group has also advised that the special resolution in relation to the change of name and the amendment to the Mol have been registered by the Companies and the Intellectual Property Commission.
The group is set to cease trading as EOH on Wednesday, 11 December and change its name to iOCO Limited on the JSE, under the share code “IOC” on Wednesday 11 December.
