New CFO for Dark Fibre Africa

 ·12 Jul 2016

Dark Fibre Africa (DFA) has appointed Cilliers Steyn as its new chief financial officer.

Steyn moves to DFA from his position as CEO of Community Investment Ventures Holdings, of which DFA is a subsidiary, and will take over from Thinus Mulder.

Mulder has taken the position of permanent CEO, following Gustav Smit stepping down.

“Cilliers Steyn has a keen understanding of DFA, having been with Community Investment Ventures Holdings, our holding company, for 17 years,” said Mulder.

“This, along with his extensive corporate finance experience and proven leadership skills, will make him an invaluable resource to help take DFA through the next phase of its growth.”
