Vodacom to sell certain Gateway assets

Mobile operator Vodacom said on Friday it has entered into an agreement to sell certain investments‚ supplier agreements and assets of Gateway Carrier Services to PCCW Global Ltd for US$26.4m on a cash-free-debt-free basis.
The assets form part of Vodacom Business Africa Group.
The agreement will only become effective following the fulfillment of certain closing conditions.
