Mercedes-Benz X-Class bakkie – South Africa prices
Mercedes-Benz has detailed local pricing for its much awaited X-Class bakkie, with the first deliveries set to take place in May according to a report.
The German carmaker recently unveiled some of the details of its flagship X-Class pick-up at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show earlier in March.
The X350d 4Matic will be powered by a 3.0 litre turbocharged V6 diesel motor, delivering 190 kW (258 hp) and a maximum torque of 550 newton metres, with peak torque coming between 1,400 rpm and 3,200 rpm.
Mercedes has revealed a four-model line up for May, with the X350d 4Matic expected to be added to the line-up later in 2018.
According to Wheels24 the prices will include VAT of 15% and CO2 tax:
