 ·17 May 2024

A 961-hectare game farm next to the Kruger National Park is on the market for R100 million.

According to Pam Golding, the secluded yet accessible game farm has several large dams bursting with life, undulating terrain, free-roaming Big 5 and generous plains game.

The property development includes a five-suite private camp with two entertainment areas, an office, kitchen, dining area, staff quarters, a workshop, a tool room with a garage, a landscaped garden and a full-sized lap pool.

“With the intention of developing a commercial camp, the farm has permissions and architectural designs for the development of a 7-star lodge, saving the prospective purchaser years of process,” said Pam Golding.

The farm is in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, a member of the Associated Private Nature Reserves that form part of the Greater Kruger National Park.
