The Constitutional Court has denied Oscar Pistorius leave to appeal his murder conviction, according to a report by eNCA.

“The court says the defence had no reasonable grounds of success. The Olympian will now be sentenced for murder in April,” stated the report.

The Supreme Court of Appeal replaced Pistorius’s culpable homicide convictionwith murder in December.

Pistorius faces at least 15 years in jail for murder.
