Watch: Frightening armed robbery on South African highway
New footage has emerged showing a brazen robbery on a highway in South Africa.
The robbery, which was caught on dash camera, shows two vehicles stop on a slip road, blocking access for the vehicles behind.
Two men jump out the leading vehicle and rush the vehicle with the dash camera, with firearms. Within a minute, the two men can be seen leaving the victim’s vehicle with stolen items.
The criminals even take time to return to the vehicle to take more bags – suggesting that it may have been followed from the airport.
The footage follows a number of shootouts on South Africa’s major highways already in 2016.
