Business Talk – Dr Ernest Hilaire on the benefits of living in Saint Lucia
In this episode of Business Talk with Michael Avery, Dr Ernest Hilaire – Saint Lucia’s Minister for Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture, and Information – discusses the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Programme.
Dr Hilaire represents the Castries South constituency in the House of Assembly for the Saint Lucia Labour Party.
He previously served as the Personal Assistant to Prime Minister Dr Kenny Anthony, was the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and managed Saint Lucia’s co-hosting of the ICC Cricket World Cup in 2007.
He was also appointed Saint Lucia’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom in November 2012 and is a former Chairman of the Citizenship Investment Programme (CIP).
