Load shedding suspended until further notice

Power utility Eskom says the improvements in generation and lower than expected demand has allowed it to suspend load shedding until further notice.
Load shedding was suspended late on Saturday night, scheduled to return to stage 1 early on Sunday – but now outages have been suspended indefinitely.
Eskom said it would continue monitoring the system and make changes where necessary,
The utility said it would provide and update and schedule for the week ahead later on Sunday,

Power utility Eskom says that it managed to suspend load shedding briefly on Friday, and improvement in generating capacity has allowed it to ease weekend outages.
Load shedding will be downgraded to stage 1 with immediate effect until 16h00 on Sunday, the group said.
The load shedding schedule for the week ahead will be communicated on Sunday afternoon.
