In this Business Talk with Michael Avery interview, Herholdt’s Group’s Regional Sales Manager, Lukas Stoltz, discusses the company’s core offerings and how it is embracing technology.
Stoltz holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers and Programming from the University of Pretoria and an MBA from Concordia University.
He began his career as an engineer at Zoetix in 2003. Two years later, Stoltz joined Flextronics as a hardware engineer, and in 2007, he became an electronic design engineer at Crabtree.
Stoltz then joined Panaxion as a consultant in 2009, before taking on a role as a programmer and manager at Hanbay in Montreal, Canada.
He stayed in Canada for over a decade, working at Hanbay for six years and then joining Tiptol Solutions as the General Manager.
In 2023, Stoltz joined Herholdt’s Group as the Technical Manager, before taking on his current role as the group’s Regional Sales Manager in October 2025.
