Nedbank says its new Nicolway Branch presents the “next generation” of Nedbank branches, which offer “state-of-the-art technology designed to deliver an unprecedented client experience” along with a choice of products and services that meet the individual and business needs of its clients.
“In keeping with Nedbank’s ethos to ‘Make Things Happen’ with our clients in an ever-changing world, we understand that innovation and convenience for clients are vital to ensure that we provide a seamless client experience, enabling clients to do their banking while they shop and allowing for their limited time, to work better for them,” said Dave Schwegmann, the managing executive of Nedbank’s branch network.
The bank highlighted a new queuing system to cut queuing time, while each consultant at the branch offers a range of services to help reduce the overall time customers would need to spend inside the branch.
The new branch boasts an Intelligent Depositor ATM, providing for real-time deposits even after traditional banking hours, along with free WiFi.
The Nedbank Nicolway Branch brings the existing branch network to 467 across South Africa, and is one of over 50 branches offering extended banking hours.
