Here are your new banking fees for 2024

 ·4 Jan 2024

South Africa’s big banks have all published updated fee schedules that will carry through 2024.

Absa, Standard Bank and Nedbank are the latest to publish their fees, while FNB, Capitec and Discovery Bank published updated fees earlier in the year, which will continue until their review periods in the new year.

Capitec’s current fee schedule will remain in effect until March 2024, while FNB’s pricing will be updated again from 1 July 2024.

The following tables display the banking fees for each bank’s entry-level and mid-tier account, covering core transactions. These prices are based on out-of-bundle transactions or a pay-as-you-go basis.

The complete price guides are linked for reference.
