Which is your favourite South African bank?
A recent BusinessTech poll shows that FNB is South Africa’s favourite retail bank among business and technology professionals in the country.
The poll was conducted between 3 March and 16 March 2015, and drew 1,733 responses.
Capitec was voted as the second most popular bank, with Standard Bank, Nedbank and Absa bank following.
The poll results echo the findings of the latest South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi) findings, which ranked Capitec as having the most satisfied customers in the country.
SAcsi, which bases its findings on a sample size of over 16,000 customers, ranked both Capitec and FNB as the retail banking leaders with above-average index scores, while the other three banks fell below average.
