Mukheibir is the CEO of Cash Converters South Africa and has worked at the company for over 30 years.

He was instrumental in bringing the brand to South Africa alongside business partner Peter Forshaw, and opened his first South African Cash Converters store in Parow, Western Cape.

When the company was ready to open stores in Gauteng, he personally oversaw this expansion and moved his home to Johannesburg.

Cash Converters now boasts over 90 stores and over 1,500 total employees across Southern Africa.

It has also expanded beyond its second-hand marketplace to open many new services – such as secured and unsecured loans.
