Business Talk – Ambassador Elsebeth Søndergaard Krone on how Denmark is helping South Africa build ethical green energy sources
In this Business Talk with Michael Avery interview, Elsebeth Søndergaard Krone discusses the bilateral relations between Denmark and South Africa – with a focus on fair and ethical green energy.
Krone is Denmark’s Ambassador to South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, and several other key southern African countries.
She has held this position for over two years, and has worked in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs for nearly 12 years.
Krone has also held many notable positions during this time – including acting as the Director for Global Cooperation for Energistyrelsen, and as a Project Manager for the Copenhagen Consensus Center.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science and a Candidate of Sciences in Politics from Aarhus University.
