How to get a free GB every month from Afrihost

Once you’ve signed up, your free data will arrive on the 1st of every month, and the month-to-month service can be cancelled at any time.

To get your free GB of monthly data, follow these four steps:
- Telkom landline: You’ll need a Telkom landline before you can apply for DSL, so get Telkom to install one for you if you don’t have one yet.
- Enable DSL service: Once Telkom has installed your landline, ask them to enable your DSL service or do so here with Afrihost.
- Get a DSL modem: You will need a DSL modem to connect to the internet, and you can get one from Afrihost for a low once-off cost if you don’t have one yet.
- Sign up with Afrihost: You are now ready to claim your FREE GB, which you can do here.
There is no time‑limit or any fees required from you, and all you need to qualify is a valid form of ID and a DSL Modem and DSL Line.
“We won’t force you to upgrade if you don’t want to, it’s yours to use as you like. No risk, no charge,” adds Afrihost.
You’ll also get free and unlimited internet usage between 23:30 and 07:30 every day.
And when your free data runs out, you can easily top up your data from just R5 per GB via ClientZone, Afrihost’s Mobile App or simply set your account to top up automatically.
