A look inside the R100 million luxury apartments for sale in Cape Town

 ·21 Mar 2017

Two massive luxury apartments at the top of the Clifton Terraces in Cape Town are listed for sale – coming in at a whopping R100 million each.

The villas cover the top levels of the Clifton Terraces – a luxury apartment block facing the Atlantic seaboard – and provide 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and the definition of luxury across four floors.

The apartments are accessed via a private lobby on the (road-level) sixth floor, and offer extras like an infinity pool, braai area, garden and indoor/outdoor open plan entertaining area.

The 10th floor master suite includes a walk-in wardrobe, custom built bathroom, and the stunning views one expects from the area.

The apartments also feature underfloor heating and optional extras (at greater cost) like full home automation, fully furnishings, and converting two large rooms into a home entertainment theatre, gym, spa or a wine cellar.

The apartments have been designed by SAOTA, who have been behind some of the other multi-million rand sales in Clifton and the surrounds.

The entire Clifton Terraces development consists of 14 luxury apartments, with the two apartments mentioned here being the luxury villas that for the ‘penthouse’ upper levels of the development.
