Caxton announces board shift

Media company Caxton has announced that its managing director, Gordian Utian has retired.
Utian’s responsibilities have been assumed by Terry Moolman, the Group CEO, Piet Greyling, the group deputy MD and Tim Holden, the group financial director.
“The board is pleased to advise that Mr Utian will remain as a director on the board of Caxton, in a non-executive capacity, and the company will accordingly continue to
benefit from his valued input and deep understanding of the printing and publishing industry,” Caxton said in a SENS announcement.
