Mark Taylor to join Nashua Mobile as MD

Vodacom financial services executive, Mark Taylor is leaving the mobile operator, and will be joining Nashua Mobile. Taylor left Nashua Mobile (where he was the CEO) in late 2008 to join Vodacom.

Taylor first joined Nashua Mobile in 2000 as a director responsible for IT and operations after being responsible for the merger between Plessey and Nedtel. In 2001, Nedtel and Nashua merged to form Nashua Mobile, and in 2003 Taylor took the reins at Nashua Mobile.

Before joining Nashua Mobile Taylor held various positions at Nedbank, including the GM of system integration. Taylor was at Nedbank for 16 years.

Nashua Mobile confirmed that Taylor will head up Nashua Mobile as the managing director from 1 October 2012.
