Huawei launches P20 Lite for R5,999

Huawei has announced the local pricing and launch date for its P20 smartphones.
The devices – the Huawei P20, P20 Pro, and P20 Lite – will be available at local retailers and mobile operators from 6 April 2018.
The official South African pricing for the new lineup is:
- Huawei P20 – R12,999
- Huawei P20 Pro – R15,499
- Huawei P20 Lite – R5,999
The Huawei P20 and P20 Pro will be available in Black, Midnight Blue, and Purple Twilight.
At its international launch event, Huawei also unveiled its Mate RS Porsche Design – a high-end luxury smartphone.
Huawei Product Director Akhram Mohamed told MyBroadband the company is considering bringing the Mate RS to South Africa.
