A look at the R75 million penthouse for sale in South Africa – right next to a R1.3 billion mall

A R75 million penthouse in Umhlanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal, is on the market for R75 million.

The property is located at The Oceans, next to the recently opened 36,000 sqm Oceans mall, which is home to several luxury retailers, including Gucci and Versace.

Fine and Country, which, along with Pam Golding and Chas Everitt, is selling the property, said that the apartment the flat has 400 sqm of open plan living and 244 sqm of entertainment deck that has a 25sqm pool and ocean views. The outdoor area also comes with a tiled kitchenette and guest WC.

The property features European tiling and high-end kitchen appliances, such as a walk-in pantry with a cold room.
