Delarue is the EY Global Vice-Chair for Assurance and a passionate driver of innovation with two decades of experience in the finance industry.

In her current role, she leads the EY Global Assurance practice, which oversees over 100,000 professionals worldwide and is an advocate for EY’s diversity and inclusiveness agenda.

Before assuming her current position in 2020, Delarue was EY’s EMEIA Banking and Capital Markets Leader for Financial Services and was responsible for connecting the leaders of EY’s banking accounts in Europe.

Before joining EY, she worked as the Global Client Services Partner for the largest Eurozone bank and the Global Client Service Partner for a Swiss multinational investment bank.

Delarue is also a Certified Public Accountant.

The interview
