Huge Group joins JSE main board

Alt-X listed Huge Group has announced that it will be transferring over to the main board of the JSE.
In a SENS announcement, the group said that the JSE has approved the transfer of the company’s listing from the Alternative Exchange (Alt-Z) to the “Mobile Telecommunications” list of the Main Board of the JSE.
“The move follows a request by Huge to move to the Main Board as a result of the Company fulfilling all of the criteria for a Main Board listing as laid down in the Listings Requirements of the JSE,” it said.
The switch over will take effect from 1 March 2016.
