Telkom app aims to improve customer service

 ·22 Nov 2012

Telkom today (22 November 2012) unveiled a free iPad app which the company says is a significant step towards improving the company’s services to its residential and business customers.

“The app was designed and developed as part of a wide-ranging drive to improve customer experience by offering convenience and ease of use,” Telkom said in a press statement.

The app will allow residential and business customers to log a service fault and track the progress to restoration.

It further allows users to find the exact location of their nearest Telkom Direct store, check the progress of their order, view their account balance and browse through the latest promotions.

The iPad app is now live and available for free download from the Apple App store. An Android version of the app can be downloaded from the Google Play store.
