Much more than just connectivity: Mweb Business
Mweb Business is growing its customer base in the medium sized business and small corporate environment, partly based on the success of its uncapped ADSL products.
However, broadband access is not what the company bases its success on.
Mweb Business MD, Andre Joubert explained that, while connectivity forms the foundation of its offerings, it is what comes with its broadband access which provides their customers with great value.
Joubert said that Mweb Business’ virtual private network products, hosting, security, voice offerings and cloud services offer businesses a total solution to their telecoms needs.
The Mweb Business MD explained that many companies may start with only an uncapped broadband solution, but they soon discover the benefits which come with good connectivity. This includes free inter-branch voice calls, video conferencing and real time information sharing.
However, this segment of the market is becoming increasingly competitive. Telkom, MTN Business, Vodacom Business, Vox Telecom and Neotel are all eyeing the SME market for future growth.
Despite stiff competition from a few big names, Joubert is confident that Mweb Business is well positioned for future growth.
With its popular uncapped ADSL products, bonded ADSL solutions and a new data centre to serve its hosting needs, Joubert said that Mweb Business is ready to take on the competition.
