The Huawei Watch 3 offers many performance improvements compared to the previous-generation Huawei Watch GT 2, including a better display and battery, more connectivity options, increased storage, and new built-in features.

Performance and display
The Huawei Watch GT 2 is known for its premium hardware and great features, and the Watch 3 expands upon this with significant enhancements.
The Watch 3 provides superior performance thanks to more RAM, a better processor, and 16GB storage – four times the amount of the Watch GT 2.
A slimmer bezel then provides the Huawei Watch 3 with a larger 1.43-inch display that offers an enhanced viewing experience and is surrounded by a rotating crown with tactile feedback. This makes navigation and scrolling easier.

Smartwatch features
The Huawei Watch 3 offers a variety of new health features that are supported by its extra sensors.
Huawei added a thermal sensor to the Watch 3, which informs you if your body temperature falls outside the acceptable range. Other sensors such as the heart rate monitor and an oxygen saturation sensor also monitor and alert you about concerning readings.
Furthermore, the Huawei Watch 3 builds on the Watch GT 2 with the addition of NFC and Wi-Fi capabilities – enabling you to download apps and choose from over 1,000 watch faces.
The Huawei Watch 3’s connectivity options are completed by eSIM technology and support for MeeTime, which allow you to make calls and stay connected at all times.
This technology provides the Watch 3 with new safety features, too, including SOS and Fall Detection modes. This lets your smartwatch automatically call emergency services or a designated contact if it detects that you have fallen while running, for example.
