FoneWorx in name and JSE listing change

FoneWorx has announced that the JSE has formally approved the transfer of it’s listing from the Alternative Exchange (AltX) to the Technology Hardware and Equipment sector of the the Main Board.

The new listing is with effect from the commencement of trade on Monday, 3 November 2014.

“Furthermore, shareholders are advised that the Board is proposing to change the name of the company to Cognition Holdings Limited so as to better reflect the new strategic direction that the Company has embarked upon, FoneWorx said.

The company said that application has also been made to FTSE, a British provider of stock market indices and associated data services, wholly owned by the London Stock Exchange, to change it’s classification from Technology Hardware and Equipment to Software and Computer Services.

That change is expected to occur in the second quarter of 2015.
