BusinessTech 2020 Digital Banking Conference in photos
BusinessTech hosted its Digital Banking conference at The Venue, Melrose Arch, on 5 March – and it was a sold-out event.
The conference drew expert speakers from across the banking industry to share their insights into the future of digital finance in South Africa.
This included Akash Dowra from Discovery Bank, who provided on the company’s first year of operation; expert insights from senior investment executive at Rand Merchant Investments, Dominique Collett; and a look at why Capitec decided to launch a new app at the start of the year, as told by the bank’s Roderick May.
Fortinet country manager for South Africa, Paul Williams, highlighted the growing importance of intrusion prevention and endpoint security within the digital finance industry.
The conference was hosted by The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield.
