Dimension Data extends US operations
Dimension Data has announced that it has acquired 100% of US-based ICT firm, Nexus, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Valencia, California, Nexus is a privately-owned provider of advanced IT solutions serving enterprises, mid-sized business and public sector clients, with industry specialisations in education, retail, hospitality and healthcare.
The acquisition of Nexus expands Dimension Data’s operations in the US by 40%, and significantly increases the company’s presence in the West, Southwest and Southeast regions of the country.
“As a result, clients will now have access to a deeper network of experts and a broader portfolio of solutions. Nexus has 19 offices in California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Washington, Texas, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina,” the company said in a press statement.
