A look at the R100 million house in a luxury lifestyle estate in South Africa

A seven-bedroom house in the Val de Vie estate in Paarl is on the market for R100 million.

Volschenk & Heyns said that the property is next to the estate’s large Polo Field.

The main house has a grand double-volume entry and five bedrooms (three upstairs and two downstairs).

In addition to the main house, a separate two-bedroom apartment adjacent provides privacy and convenience.

A second kitchen walk-in pantry, freezer, mudroom, and laundry room complement the expansive kitchen.

Two expansive rooms on the main level can be used as a lounge, television room, or study.

The upper level also has a television room, a tranquil prayer room that can be used as a play area or study, and views of the surrounding polo field and Simonsberg mountains.

The pool also has “unrivalled” views of the poly field and mountains, while the generous plot can house lush garden spaces.

Andrew Golding, chief executive of the Pam Golding Property group, previously said that Cape’s Boland region is extremely attractive to buyers, with the prestigious Val de Vie Estate selling for more than R25 million.
