Some of South Africa’s major retailers have announced shopping deals for Cyber Monday 2021.
With nearly every major retailer having taken part in Black Friday – both physical and online – Cyber Monday tends to focus more on the online space.
However, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the strained economy, a number of retailers have also extended their Black Friday deals for the entire month of November. This gives shoppers more time to peruse and avoid queues and crowding during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
There has also been a notable shift from ‘big-ticket items’ such as televisions and appliances, with many retailers offering deals on daily necessities such as food and cleaning products.
