Solis joins the Herholdt’s Group line-up
A homeowner doesn’t see the inverter on the wall. They see the lights staying on when the grid goes down, the bill dropping, and an installer who never needs to come back.
That’s why the inverter you choose matters, and why we’ve added Solis to the Herholdt’s Group range.
Solis is one of the world’s leading residential string inverter suppliers and a BloombergNEF Tier 1 manufacturer, a ranking based on how bankable a manufacturer is.
When a homeowner asks “Is this brand reliable?”, installers now have a clear answer.
More choice, without the guesswork
No two installs are the same. Roof space, energy use, battery storage, backup needs and future expansion all shape the design.
The right inverter should fit the job, not the other way around.
The Solis range gives installers options at both ends:
- Residential – single-phase LV hybrids, compatible with low-voltage batteries
- Commercial – three-phase HV hybrids for larger projects
- Off-grid – options for sites without a grid connection
- 10-year warranty on the hybrid range
- Screen or no-screen options on selected hybrids, so you can match the unit to the customer’s budget
From a standard home install to a larger business, you can quote Solis without switching brands.
The product matters. So does the support behind it.
A good inverter only helps if you can get it when the job is booked, and get answers when you need them.
Through Herholdt’s Group, installers source Solis alongside our full solar and electrical range, with:
- Nine branches nationwide, from Cape Town to Mbombela
- Experienced sales and technical teams who know the product
- One supplier for the whole job: inverters, batteries, panels, cabling, protection and mounting
We’ve supported South African electrical contractors since 1974.
Solis is the latest addition to a range built to help you finish jobs on time and leave customers happy.
