Tarsus Technologies appoints CEO

MB Technologies, holding company of Tarsus Technologies, has appointed Anton Herbst to the position of CEO of Tarsus Technologies on a permanent basis.

Herbst has been acting in an interim role since the end of May 2013, following the resignation of Pierre Spies.

Tarsus Technologies is an IT hardware and software distributor and reseller operating in Southern Africa.

“We are pleased that Anton has rejoined the group. His deep knowledge of the market, proven track record, skill set and vision for the channel are welcomed by our vendors, customers and our staff all of whom have provided extremely positive feedback,” said Glenn Fullerton, CEO of MB Technologies.

Herbst was with the group for more than a decade as the CEO of ACT, the value-added consumables distributor within MB Technologies.
