The move is also a precursor to the planned move to MB Technologies new 30,000sqm warehouse and distribution facility in Waterfall Commercial District, Woodmead, Gauteng, in December 2013.

The merger will also provide customers with improved efficiencies in distribution, management, operations and overall service delivery, the group’s said with product portfolios to be integrated.

Tarsus’ head office is situated in Johannesburg with branches in Cape Town, KwaZulu-Natal, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein and Nelspruit.

The group has also extended its footprint into Africa with branches in Namibia, Botswana and Mauritius.
