Landlords are cashing in on high demand for Hout Bay, Llandudno holiday rentals, according to Seef Property Group.

Hout Bay and Llandudno now rank with the Atlantic Seaboard as some of the most sought-after short-term rental areas with holiday makers and visitors prepared to pay from R2,000 to R95,000 per day for a accommodation.

Steven Holvec of Seeff Shortsay said that the properties in the area go up to a starting price of R6,000 per day over the high season.

And R95,000 buys a top end boutique hotel styled home with six bedroom suites, and breathtaking views for one day.

Included in the price are the following:

  • Manager
  • Butler
  • Private chef
  • Daily housekeeping
  • Full breakfast
  • Sundowners and canapés

On the Hout Bay side, you can rent a four-bedroomed home from as little as R2,500 per day ranging to about R20,000 at the top end.

At R8,000 per day over the high season, you get a luxury house with stunning views, designer interiors, a pool, jacuzzi and outdoor entertainment terrace with a fridge and braai facilities.

The images below show what type of house a R95,000 per day rental can get you.
