Standard Bank said it resolved its system issues, having reported slow responses on some of its banking platforms earlier on Monday (3 August).
“Customers will have noticed that Internet Banking and our App banking platform is currently not available. Also impacted is the customers’ ability to do transactions at Standard Bank branches,” the bank said in a statement on Monday (3 August).
The bank sent a message to its customers shortly after 6pm apologising for any inconvenience.
The bank said that customers could still perform transactions at any of its ATMs and point of sale devices, during its reported technical glitch.
