 ·16 Oct 2016

Feeling unmotivated and bored at work? Or are you being over-worked, underpaid, and under-appreciated? Maybe it’s time for you to start looking for another job.

UK supplier comparison group, Market Inspector, has compiled a list of 20 signs that it may be time for you to be calling it quits at your current job.

The data is drawn from multiple sources, including various publications and insight from human resource experts across the globe.

From health problems to mental and financial well-being, there are many things to consider when you assess where you are in your career – what is important is that you take the time to make these assessment.

“While some of these signs may not be realised, others have a quite obvious impact on you. For instance, if you’re constantly bored at work and you always find yourself complaining about your situation, then it’s a clear sign that you’re unhappy with your professional life,” the group said.

“Growing vertically in your company is a great feeling, but sometimes, it’s important to move on in order to find a better opportunity for growth.”

While there is not check-list with a target that tells you when it is time to go, if you are experiencing more than a few, or most of the point below, you would do well (for yourself, your health and your future) to consider moving on.
